There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, coffee and tea making facilities, and a dining area in the room, really enjoyed that.

The room was beautifully maintained and neat, for cheapest possible facility. The friendly staff provided all the necessary info. The location was magnificent, not far from Very close to pine forest and pine forest and near Pine Valley we wanted to see...

The location of this hotel is amazing - situated on top of a hill surrounded by beautiful fog and cool breeze. It's also conveniently near to the pine forest and adventure spots. The hotel staff was courteous, professional, and accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were commendable, and the parking and transportation were easily accessible.

The staff were extremely helpful and cooperative. The room had stunningly beautiful views of the mountains and fresh air. The location of the resort was exceptionally nice, on top of a hill. Moreover, it was near the pine forest, orchid garden, green meadows, Vagamon market.

The location of the resort is amazing, situated at the top of a hill, with easy access to the popular Pine forest, Vagamon market, and other renowned places. the rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds, while the bathrooms are well-maintained. the staff are quite helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. the breakfast served was delicious, and the views from the rooms were breathtaking. the resort offers a range of facilities that guests can explore, including cottages and adventure sports.

Some aspects of the resort were disappointing, such as the lack of proper safety and cleanliness preservation in some parts of the property.

The location of the hotel is just fantastic! It is near many of the top spots in the city, which means that I didn't have to travel that far to explore the city. The hotel had two great features that I absolutely loved. it had really clean and fresh bedsheets and pillows, which made me feel like home. the staff was really friendly and gave us a lot of insider tips on where to go in the city. I really appreciated that and felt like the locals knew my needs well.

There were some things I didn't enjoy during my stay. The toilets weren't cleaned up properly, and there wasn't enough toilet paper available that I had to request for more often.

Christmas at this hotel was an enjoyable experience. the complementary cocoa and cookies served daily were a treat. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to both Pine Valley and adventure spots. the scenic view from the hotel was breathtaking - it was the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate.

The hotel could improve on their cleanliness. the room had a bad smell and there were some spiders and cockroaches.

Amazing location, scenic views, helpful staff, clean rooms, reasonable prices, walkable distance to attractions.
